Not a good idea.

After passing , the tejans will simply say that he doesn't consider such and such harassment and this is why he passed.

Outside of tejas , such allegations places the burden of proof on the accuser.

From today's op-ed at the Wall Street Journal: There isn't a law against propositioning someone, YET. There is a Federal statute, Title VII, against propositioning an employee and then taking action against the employee if the solicitation is refused.

Otherwise, guys who get turned down in a non-interview setting would always get sued or worse. Further, there really isn't any law against the casting couch interview on which so many starlet biographies began. One can still ask and take no, once, for an answer.
