The fiance of Sharon Bialek tells WBBM Newsradio that Bialek just told him about the alleged sexual harassment on Friday evening.

Well now, that plot thickens or thins, depending on how you look at things.
Otherwise, guys who get turned down in a non-interview setting would always get sued or worse. Further, there really isn't any law against the casting couch interview on which so many starlet biographies began. One can still ask and take no, once, for an answer.

I hope he has a good defense on these allegations, because how he’s been handling them thus far ain’t going to work well against a real accuser, especially hooked up with a “take no prisoners” lawyer like Allred.

Only the useless progressives have the b**** to suggest an innocent accused to "prove" his innocence. If that is the new standard, there is a much higher profile suspect I would prefer to start with.
In 1999, I worked for a rather large media company in Chicago. The biggest media company in the city, in fact.
Sharon Bialek had an affair with the married CEO of the large media company and threatened to go public with it if she did not receive a "payment."
Word of the affair got out within the large media company, and soon enough the the CEO's wife found out and filed for divorce. Due to the CEO's wife filing for divorce, the CEO was no longer "motivated" to pay the rather large sum of money to Sharon Bialek to keep their affair quiet.
Bialek however ended up PREGNANT with the child of the CEO, who was much OLDER than she was (by more than 2 generations) and he certainly had more money. Rather than pay her off to get visitation, CEO sued in court for visitation and joint custody - and won.
Why do I post this information here? To tell you all the type of "woman" Sharon Bialik is. She's nothing more than a money grubbing WHORE who's worked at nearly every media company and outlet in Chicago.
She's filed bankruptcy twice, and has held at least 9 different media related jobs in the last 17 years.
A model of stability she's not, and she's certainly not credible. She has a long, sordid employment history dating back to 1991 and I'm telling you all right here right now: when her history comes out, it's going to completely vindicate Herman Cain, completely destroy Sharon Bialek, and discredit once again Gloria Allred.

Watching the 2 person debate, which more or less a tag team, but useful none-the-less.
Cain only sounds, but “looks” sincere and is much better at this venue than those silly gotya things the MSM calls debates with the herd on stage. Got the distinct feeling we were previewing the Cain/Newt Team.
Too bad Perry has too much “Countryboy” to work the sound-byte debates, he has been a damn good Governor which makes me think he’d do equal as POTUS, BUT......
Newt needs to have some professional “style PR” consultants work on his better half, she does not help.

Good writing. Now where did you get the facts regarding the lawyer’s actions?
It appears that Herman is going to come out in good shape due to not one of the complainants now wanting to go public. If he really was innocent in these cases, good. Because someone may have convinced the women to refrain from telling their stories, we will really never know, until nobama sees fit to nuke Cain with it if Cain gets the nom. This would have been much better to have seen all now.

Even if all the Cain-iac’s heads are in the sand does not diminish the increasing possibility of where there is smoke in this matter there is fire.
Looks like Cain could put this to rest once and for all by asking the NRA to release the documentation and files on these cases, IF he has nothing to hide.
