No, I do not believe her. But this is a "he-said" "she-said" so I am looking at her allegations and they are HOLLOW.
It cannot be sexual harassment because she was not Cain's employee. It was not sexual assault because when she said "stop" Cain stoppped.
Either way you look at this, there is no "there" there.
