Next question -— How is Sharon Bialek going to PROVE that what she said is true?

What evidence do we have or what can we get?

There is no evidence except "he said" or "she said."

Therefore, at this point in time, the only way to resolve the issue is to do so on the basis of character and reputation. If Mr. Cain has, overall, earned a reputation for being a man of high character and good conduct, then that is in his favor.

Likewise, her reputation for character and truthfulness will be a factor.

Yeah the ride home proves she didn’t see him as a threat. In fact her own tale claims she said stop and he did. Based on her story, I'd say she sexually harassed and assaulted Herman Cain.

She initiated the contact; she evidently admired and probably desired the man; she tells him she's booked a hotel room at the Hilton.

Herman never asked to go to her room, even after he allegedly “upgraded” her to a suite.

I've seen it all in business and I can tell you she was looking for a Sugar Daddy and Herman wasn't buying into the situation.

I bet she was one HOTTIE in her day!
