Whatever the case; am betting - she appears no shrinking violect - that there was more than some 'come on' to Herman - deliberately or not - Herman misread cues; or trap; but takes a 'no' always; graciously.

Would offer that if 'is' can 'debated'; then perhaps we should revisit; what constitutes 'sexual harrassment'. Think it IS; more than it should ever be.

That said; she could be outright lying; but I suspect; there was a 'misunderstanding' and nothing more.
