He didn’t pay a settlement, his association did.

It means nothing to pay a small settlement. It is cheaper than lawyer fees and keeps publicity down. If the association had fought it, it would have created bad publicity that would have created a bad reputation that would have been even more expensive to repair.

It sucks, but that’s the way it is. Anybody can create this kind of accusation and pretty much get away with it, because no matter how true it is or how the accused deals with it, he’s hooped. Even if he wins in court and completely proves his innocence, his reputation is in almost-permanent disrepair.

Also the settlement included leaving their employ.

So the NRA had an excuse to let someone go with 6 months to a year pay that otherwise may have hung around for years doing a crappy job.

Allred does what she does to keep the baby killing enterprise going.

and since she claims she was assaulted as a young woman by Mexicans...of all people.. she hates men too...maybe more than babies

She has no God anyone would recognize in her life

Darkness is at work in her soul and drives her intellect

You have a good point. Lawsuits can consume a lot of money with no true benefit in sight, too. I have seen that personally.
