Its a major legal battle against Eric Holder, a limited edition AR-15, and more, this week on Tom Gresham's Gun Talk (R) Radio, the original nationally-syndicated radio talk show about guns and the shooting sports.
Mossberg knows a thing or two about shotguns and rifles for hunting. On Sunday, Tom Taylor drops by to talk about the latest and greatest for the woods and water from Mossberg, and whats coming up for 2012. More info on the Mossberg product lineup is at http://www.mossberg.com.
Enos v. Holder brings a case against US Attorney General Holder, claiming that Second Amendment rights have been violated due to the lifetime federal ban of firearm ownership for people convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence. Don Kilmer is the lawyer trying this case, and on Sunday, hell discuss whats happened so far, and where he expects this case to go. Read the court filing here: http://madison-society.org/laws/032-1 MTD PaA.pdf.
To aid in fundraising efforts for their Train a Soldier program, the California Pistol and Rifle Association is selling Limited Edition AR-15 type rifles California legal, of course. Tony Montanarella, President of CRPA, stops in with info on the rifle, and why the Train a Soldier program is so important. More on the rifle is here: http://blog.crpa.org/?p=568#more-568.
This weekend, the Remington VERSA MAX tour is winding through Texas and will be at the American Shooting Centers in Houston on Saturday, November 5th from 9am 3pm, and the Gun Emporium in Conroe on Sunday the 6th from 1pm 6pm, with shotshells to give the shotgun a try. Find out more at www.remington.com/pages/community/versa-max-ontour.aspx. And dont forget - Remington and Gun Talk are giving away the new VERSA MAX Shotgun! Enter to win at www.guntalk.com/contest.

It usually takes about 6 weeks here.
Wi may have to take more time, they may be swamped.
I understand response has been overwhelming.

Don't get me started. The AG (Van Hollen) [spit] grabbed permit Number 1. What a jerk. Now he wants to increase the training requirements. The DOJ already acted outside of law with their “Emergency Rules”. (
http://www.doj.state.wi.us/dles/cib/ConcealedCarry/ConcealedCarry.asp)
And Walker just sits back because he's OK with it. Our DOJ is filled with statist hold overs from Doyle, and Walker nor Van Hollen will do anything about it.
As of Friday morning, the DOJ had over 20K apps, but is only processing 250/day.
I'm spitting blood.

It is amazing to me how many people are getting into the AR15 market.
You would think the market would be saturated. Who's buying all these AR's?

Training is only 4 hours isn’t it?
In Texas it is 10.
Keep at them, you’ll get it eventually.
