When will Virginia rid themselves of this utter Moron?
You spelled “moron” wrong. (It’s an old joke, but I like it)
Either that, or Ringling Bros failed to grease Moran’s palm on command.
My guess is that Ringling Brothers hasn’t ever been to West Virginia...and Jim would like to entice them to visit once in a while.
It is a curious bill...it’d put circus folks out of a job. So where would circus folks work then? We’d need another bill of some stupid type....guaranteeing a government job to all circus folks out of job.
I think we need a dozen West Virginia college students to start up a state circus political party, and officially turn state politics more into a circus, than politics.
So, does this mean Fluffy will have to drive herself to the vet?
Gonna have to keep close eye on how this bill is written. So many conflicts are possible. Will it affect the transportation of cattle for market ? How can they specifically target Circuses ?
Well...spare me some slack, please. Even though I’ve been a FreeRepublic member for several years, this was my first time posting an article. :)
Rhis idiot should be laughed out of Congress!
I suspect the bill concerns common-carrier transportation, but you make a good point. Then again, maybe requiring pets to drive themselves to the vet is some backdoor attempt to increase auto sales for Government, er, General Motors. :)
No, this is what happens when you ahve a leftis cretin in a safe district..
...targets traveling circuses, including Representative Moran's own constituent Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, the largest traveling circus in the United States.
No, this is what happens when you have a leftist cretin in a safe district..
Is that Moran or moron?
The RATS are out to destroy EVERYTHING that is good about this country. They are lower than pond scum!!
Why doesn’t this LIB moron get back to abusing his wife, drinking heavily and accosting 8-year-olds?
First Circus Animals ... next farm animals ... then pets.
As it is, so many States have demanded that pets in their State be spayed or neutered that dogs and cats have to be transported from States without mandatory spay/neuter laws into those States.
I know here in Lower Alabama we’re consistently transporting animals ‘up North’ ... not that I’m advocating that animals be allowed to run loose to procreate at will, just that these ‘laws’ end up doing an awful lot of harm in the long run because Legislators don’t think through the consequences.
Just because something looks good on paper doesn’t mean it should become a Law.
I saw Bob Barker on Fox and Friends the other morning talking aobut this bill that he’s lobbying for. I guess he convinced Moran.
It’s a joke. Jim Moran (Jim Moron), or Jim Moron (Jim Moran). Still funny.
If it does pass, whattya bet Ringling gets a waiver of some sort (and Moran's campaign gets a check with lots of zeroes). Ringling's competition gets the shaft, of course, along with circus patrons who pay more for tickets.
