Has Perry back-flipped on his visa/amnesty suckup? Perry gets his orders from Mexico on this----when amnesty bombed, Mexico told Perry to back-off.
All that matters to Mexico is getting Perry elected.
Once in the WH, Perry will do whatever Mexico tells him to do.
