(Reuters) - Allegations that Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain sexually harassed women in the 1990s have begun to damage his bid for the White House, a Reuters/Ipsos poll found.
The poll showed the percentage of Republicans who view Cain favorably dropped 9 percentage points, to 57 percent from 66 percent a week ago.

A majority of respondents, 53 percent, believe sexual harassment allegations against Cain are true despite his denials. Republicans were less likely to believe they are true, with 39 percent thinking they are accurate. Damn! This is not good for Cain. It usually takes polling a week or so to catch up to events.
Saw a Cain joke on twitter today:
"Herman Cain thinks Arab Spring is a brand of soap"

You are a looney if you think because a press poll says 53% think you are lying that you are.
That is your proof?
Once again, Cain can’t be lying because no allegations were made public for him to lie about.

I’m not clicking on your blog, you pathetic excuse for a man.
I think a majority of those still supporting Perry, are actually Romney supporters. That’s who they are helping regardless of their motives. Supporting Perry = supporting Romney at this point.

The Politico story on Herman Cain was accurate and adequately sourced. Denying that defies reality. This does not mean that the next article they publish gets the BullyPulpit Seal of Approval (BSOA).

Well, I’d vote for my dog before I’d vote for Slick Willard or La Raza Rick, so it’s hardly an endorsement to say I’d vote for you over them, but I will say that you’ve definitely piqued my interest. :)

It will go up to 75% when the word gets out that he didn’t do anything and the women are afraid if they speak out, the truth about them will be revealed.

Rick Perry entered the race high on the pedestal with name recognition. Face it—he bombed in the debates and the illegal tuition thing got him and he didnt explain it well. Herman Cain has risen from virtually the bottom but he’s been pretty consistent, effective and believable. Not perfect but genuine and thats why he has top support right now.

You’re both too kind. We are now seeing what happens when someone with no appreciation of the military (Mr. Obama and his trained dummy sidekick) control the executive branch. It is pretty traditional that our president be a veteran. FDR was assistant secretary of the Navy and Mr. Cain worked for the Defense dept., so that’s something. Just because Gov. Perry flew C-130s doesn’t make hime a shoo-in, although Gov. Romney and his family having no veterans within it for hundreds of years makes you scratch your head, doesn’t it?

Point being, what is happening with Cain all depends on who writes the story.
In this case I'd say it depends partly on when the polls were taken.
