The shyster lawyer is pushing this. It might be worth a few bucks for Herman to pay an investigator to see what he can dig up on the shyster. Everybody has a few skeletons.
I suppose that has some risks ~ but not a lot of risks. Kind of a peaceable sort of law practice.
