that's a hot set up right there...I’m in the process of having electricians give us quotes for propane generators. A big tank and I wouldn’t have to worry about week-long outages. We have a wood stove, but am thinking of getting a secondary pellet stove since the pellets are easier to handle, and can be setup with a thermostat for more even heat compared to the wood stove. My concern with them is their reliance on electricity, but with a 10-14kW gennie and a big tank, that is not an obstacle anymore.
