Newt would make a great VP.

You want the idea man, the back room guy, the guy who can get things done because he’s been there, the LBJ for lack of a better word.

Cain is the Kennedy. He has the principles, the leadership, he knows the direction and he has the character to make it stick. He can get the best person in the best spots.

They complement each other well, but you want Cain as president, and Newt as VP.

Newt has booksmarts. Cain has common sense smarts.

They are both doing very well. I believe that Cain communicates to the average joe better, Newt communicates to political junkies better. Cain has a strong Independent voter following as well (indies don’t necessarily trust Newt)

No I really would prefer Newt as President...he’s proven he can manuver Washington and get congress to act....I just am not convinced Cain is ready for this office...he’s got a ways to go IMO...and we can’t afford the time he will need to adapt to Washington....this is seen even in the dialogue tonight
