It looked to me more that he was trying to formulate how he was going to put his thoughts into words.
I didn’t either. But Cain seems to be recovering, now.
And then Newt didn’t miss a beat.

No one who isn’t highly familiar with cryptic bureaucratese would know. That is different from not understanding the concepts.

I was a little puzzled by that too. However, I give both of these candidates one million percent credit and approval for doing this at all. I find them both Presidential quite frankly. I would love a Cain/Gingrich ticket. I don’t want Newt at the top....can’t get over the three marriages (mainly because how they ended).
Well it was a wonkish question about healthcare, and Newt ran a healthcare competitiveness think tank for 3 years.
