As readers may have guessed, I really like the London tabloids and broadsheets, particularly the London Daily Mail. The newspaper watches the USA like a hawk as its editors shed light on interesting stories that Yankee editors blow off. But today, the London Daily Mail showed its London Derriere with its silly coverage on Herman Cain, even as the story dies due to lack of interest. Someone sent the newspaper pictures from his yearbook for nearly a half-century ago and he is shown with gasp two different co-eds. Shocking.

I think that charge, “Uncle Tome”, with backfire if attempted. But then the folks at the White House are not all that bright. Plenty vicious, though.
