"The committee's extremely broad request for documents -- now a subpoena -- is a significant intrusion on Executive Branch interests

This is Obama/Clinton speak for Obama is claiming executive privilege. It seems the WH worded it ever so carefully to not garner the proper headline..."President claims Executive Privilege in Reply to Subpoena".We all know if it were a non democratic President the News would be breaking with the proper 'Nixonian' headline.

These documents belong to the citizens of the United States, not the current occupant of the White House. I want to see them, I have a right to see them for one simple reason; they are mine.

Can they just “reject” a subpoena legally?

Our system of government appears to be breaking down if you ask me.

We are sooooo damn far from the guidance of the constitution it's pitiful.

Proof positive, when one even mentions the constitution in regards to ANYTHING having to do with public policy, our reps get this blurry look in their eyes, like.....what? what are you talking about.
