LOL! Isn’t that the problem? You can file a sexual harassment suit any time it might fly...just depending on what your “mood” is.
I would only file a sex harassment suit if I was at work, and the male boss gave me an ultimatum involving his pleasure for my work. However, I’m self-employed, so, the boss is my husband. So, I would never file.
