Does that waiver apply only to today’s statement or is it a general waiver that would allow her to speak if she changes her mind down the road?
Of course it's open-ended. They are obviously not interested in trying to accomplish the impossible: keeping a lid on this.

The question is, what is the "this". Obviously it's nothing, or the woman would have spoken today.

No matter what this has to be settled soon. These women have to speak.

For all we know the Obama team has dipped into the slush fund for a seven figure payout to keep quiet until Oct 2012.

Damn this has to be resolved! We cannot assume this will just stop. This will come back up unless it's resolved now and Obama/Soros has the dough to spring it when they want.

Cain accuser attorney: Client sees ‘no value’ in revisiting issue

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2802657/posts

This is Cain winning. Complete abject surrender to Cain by the smear bots. They were offered the chance to defend their accusations in the open and the smearbots ran.

Now the question remains, who shopped the smear around to Politico? I suspect Romney and Rove are the authors. Both of the them have a history of these sort of sleazy political tactics
