As he appeared on stage Friday before a gathering of conservative activists, Republican presidential hopeful Herman Cain gave no indication that he was discouraged after a turbulent week marked by allegations that he had sexually harassed former employees. Cain opened his speech with an obvious jab at President Obama, and at rival Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney, who had delivered his own speech just moments before.
Before I get started, I want to know, whose teleprompters are these? Cain said after taking the stage. I dont need em. Maybe theyre for somebody else.
Then he got philosophical, warning the audience against a life without dreams.
The American dream has been hijacked, he said. But the good news is, we can take it back.
Cain touted his business background and defended his 9-9-9 tax plan. He made no mention of the sexual harassment allegations.
But he did address another topic his relationship to the billionaire brothers David and Charles Koch, who are credited with having founded Americans for Prosperity, the group that hosted the summit.
Im very proud to know the Koch brothers, Cain said. This may be a breaking news announcement for the media: I am the Koch brothers brother from another mother.

LOVE IT!! This man takes it to them! He is fearless!
WOOT! Go Cain!
I really, really love this man! But I have this little voice in the back of my brain telling he he doesn’t know enough. I hope he can soon start providing details of who will be on his cabinet and I hope they are big brains in business, economics, world issues, etc.
Somebody needs to develop a short software program where a persons picture can be pasted onto a popscicle stick then inflated and turned red until it explodes.
Then, every time one of the lib politicians or talking heads goes Mathews about Cain we can post and puff.
LOL! Absolutely PERFECT!
If you listen you can here the pop-pop-pop of liberals heads as they read this, sounds like an Orville Reddenbacher commercial!
Liberal heads exploding if he is elected. The left fears him just like they fear Palin. He is their worst nightmare. They will stop at nothing to stop him.
That little voice is telling you he will need a strong foregn affairs VP. He’s rock solid on domestic affairs. I hope he picks John Bolton. He could announce it before the primaries? Maybe?
I don’t know. But I like him too and hope to be able to vote for him twice.
Could the little voice and little person be Rick Perry?
Someone, somewhere will be offended by this comment.
Nope. If I don’t vote for HC, Newt will get my vote.
Here’s the Hermanator delivering the line:

Herms got his mojo back, he’s even better under fire!
You will NEVER find a candidate who knows enough.
We need to look for is someone who can surround himself with quality, conservative advisors. And someone who makes wise decisions.
This is when he is at his best. He’s funny and delivers good lines.
I loved the jab at the TOTUS! LOL!
We were discussing here the other day the idea that Cain should, shortly after he wins the nomination, announce his major cabinet appts..
Some thoughts were: Bolton SecState, Petraeus, Sec Def, Guiliani HomeLand Security, Palin, Energy
