He is a primo grade A douchebag. I know this from personal experience. He spewed venom at me on his radio show one day because I skewered him on The Iowa Republican the day before about how much of a jerkweed he was.
My personal name for him is The Deacebag.
Ever catch his pre-show Tourette syndrome catharsis? He scares people. Proof that being conservative, even a evangelical Christian, doesn't necessarily make you a good person.
Everyone has a purpose in life, if only to serve as bad example.
I have not and can only imagine. This guy is a hack’s hack, I truly can’t believe what sleazebag tactics he uses, stuff I’d never do in 100 years.
Lest we forget, belittling high school and college athletes is Deace’ primary claim to fame!
It is inappropriate to ask a woman reporter to fetch tea or coffee. Do you suppose that’s what Deace meant?
Deace made these comments, in the middle of a sexual harassment witch hunt against Cain, with no detail (someone put 2 and 2 together with his Oct. 3 comments). Of course what it looked like to everyone was another woman was coming out of the woodwork to accuse Cain of harrassment.
Deace did not clarify his remarks, and told the women not to say anything, so this misconception about Cain would just hang out there, rather than tell the truth of what he said and let people decide for themselves. A very few are offended that he asked someone to doctor his tea, but most are not.
It is exactly clear what he was doing, it was a rotten trick.
such power.....
Give em Hell Herman!
I never heard of him til the other day as I was researching..
Saw him on Ustream doing his show in his football shirt and had a slight pasty dough*boy-look going on.
If this nonentity can influence the Iowa electorate then the hawkeye cauci should be moved to, like, after the convention, so the idiot bumpkins can't hurt anybody. .
Interesting that Atlantic did a whole piece on Deace and his reaction to Cain's sexual harrassment charges...and never once mentioned that the line that set Deace off against Cain was:
Darlin', would you doctor my tea for me, please?"
Somehow, Deace -- and, evidently, his staffer -- found that line very "awkward" and "inappropriate".
In short, Deace is an uber-Christian twerp...and the Atlantic doesn't want you to know.
Deace sounds like a deace bag.
Sorry to join this thread so late but I’ve been out of the country and a friend pinged me to it. Deace is crazy and only liked by a small radical contingent. I can write a book about this kook and I question his “Christian” credentials.
