The Az, and Alabama laws are under legal challenge and have done nothing but suck up taxpayers money in courts. I am uncertain as to the GA law.
So?
Would you be passing off this scenario if it dealt with Slavery or the Dred Scott decision of Roe v. Wade?
Do you simply throw your hands up in the air and give up or do you fight for the right thing?

That's exactly what Perry does, and then whines about it being someone else's fault. In the meantime, he sprinkles incentives for them to stay, by giving them tuition breaks, etc.
As for AZ, the law being tied up in court is irrelevant. It has already had a major impact on illegals fleeing the state. They probably went to Texas!

BTW you do know that Texas has been embroiled in a long list of legal disputes including the border and energy with the Fed?
Perry is not the enemy.
Perry is very aware of who the evil doers are.
It is the Federal Gov.
