“Rocky and Bullwinkle pic”
Sumptin’ went wrong with yer copy and paste for the pic. I right clicked on it, went to “properties”, which gives the url of the pic and pasted it into IE. Came up fine. Some sites don’t like hot linking to their pics and block ‘em.
...Yea, heard all that mess. That's one switch back...
...OTOH I've heard Levin make actual threats of physical violence and harm to Savage
...Didn't know about that. A hole in the theory...
...This ain't Hope and Crosby.
...No Martin and Lewis either...
...I right clicked on it, went to properties, which gives the URL of the pic and pasted it into IE. Came up fine.
...I checked view source too and it was fine. Copied it to couple of spots, IE word pad, Noooo problem. All I can think is the M squad squashed it for copyright reasons, THE G-Damn MOVIE!!! No worries...
Levin has recently said he has some sort of pneumonia.
It’s only now that I’m 2 to 3 hours from beddie-bye that this comes to me.
While the show was running I kept thinking what bumper could Savage play relevant to his dreams. I only thought more modern tunes like “Dreams” of Fleetwood Mac or the ever-more irritating “Only in my Dreams” by Debbie Gibson.
Now after hours, I think of Everly Brothers’ “All I have to do is Dream.” I can hear Savage saying to turn it up, only to then say “Shut it off, already!”
I just listened to the podcast and Savage says levin is mentally ill, talentless, stations dropping him in droves, ratings are in the toilet, says he heard levin is extremely ill, coughing and sneezing all over the place. Stations feel sorry for him and with a voice like that he should not be in radio.
Incidently, the version of Blowin’ in the Wind by Peter, Paul, and Mary is quite beautiful. The Joan Baez version sounds like the proverbial nails on a chalk board to me.
