Well, for starters you could fire Holder.
Then put him on trial for illegal gun running and accessory to murder.
I am constitutionally sick of virtually every gun law that exists. All created by and for the ruling class.
I would like to reassign ATF/XYZ/TSA to the borders if we could trust them to serve the interests of us citizens.
Yep, the Commerce Clause.
Sen. Feinstein doesn’t mind making money from guns, though.

Feinstein’s husband is war profiteer.
I really despise this politician. My Senator! She is so wrong. Obviously not “anyone can walk in and buy anything”. I have to wait 10 days for 1 gun every 30 days and fill out federal and state forms. In fact, the only reason we know about Gun Walker Fast & Furious is because the guns were registered. They tracked the serial numbers back to the purchaser, which happened to be criminals in our own government masquerading as honest people. For shame!
bttt
Because I get nervous about numbers that look politically generated I keep this link handy. This article is from earlier this year. It relates directly to the guns flooding Mexico from El Norte lie.
Sure wouldn't like the facts to get distorted in this battle.
This was always the goal of Fast and Furious. But, as with all bad crap coming out these days, was also done during the Bush administration.
NO MORE RINO’S!
Yeah, I’d seen that.
An M-16 stolen from a Mexican armory still has the “Made in U.S.A.” stamping so it originated here but it wasn’t sold by an Arizona FFL as Madam* Feinstein would have us believe.
*- I use the term “Madam” as a bawdy-house manager might.
if the US had gun laws and unarmed citizens like in Mexico the bad guys would still have guns, but the good guys wouldn’t how stupid can liberals be?
In case it hasn’t been done already...
BANG!
Who couldn’t smell this one coming?
Dumping on the gun-owners Nanny State PING!
Well, that will certainly fix most of the crime problems in California. It will free up jail space for white collar 1% corporate criminals, too.
Feinstein can kiss my Texas arse.
I doubt those numbers, too.
They didn't say whose hands these weapons were supposed to be in. Nor how many were stolen. How many weapons have been supplied to the Mexican Government by the US? How many 'Fast and Furious' 'branch offices' were in operation? How many states were involved?
The Arizona operation is, imho, just the tip of the iceberg.
As for their "logic", those weapons in the hands of legitimate firearm owners in the US are the ones NOT in the hands of the Mexican drug cartels. Attempting to ban those arms legitimately owned will not change the equation in Mexico, nor will making any sort of firearm unavailable to Americans change the balance south of the Border.
Two things will make a difference: Get the United States Government out of the gunrunning business.
Enforce our borders and expel the illegals here.
Neither of these has been done.
A note for the Seantor: If you will not hold this administration to the Law, if you will not have the Government comply with our own laws, you can expect the citizenry will, at some point, decide that the equal protection clause applies to them and the citizens will ignore those laws as well.
The current administration pursues these policies at our mutual peril.
The Canadians spent multiples of their projected costs on a long gun registry, which has met with enormous noncompliance, cost overruns, and is of questionable utility anyway. I recall reading they are going to dump the program after over a decade of it just not working.
Why must these cursed Liberal socialists try every failed policy from around the globe as if they somehow think they can make it work? How patently arrogant of them to assume they are the ones who can make water run uphill, time run backwards, and have the leaves fly back up onto the trees and turn green again.
They can't do it without the House. If the House stops it, it won't go, period.
true.
NO. That, too, is a lie.
Anything? How about a plasma rigfle in the 40 watt range?
"Just what you see, pal."
How about a 'Street Sweeper'?
Ya got the paperwork for a 'destructive device'? If not, even if you find one, NO.
How about one of those AK-47s the Iraqis are allowed to have?
Find a transferrable one and get cleared for the Class III.... (IOW, NO).
How about uncle Festus' bolt action?
Fine, pal, fill out the 4473, I need to see some ID, and we have to run the NICS...
"Just walk in and buy anything" is NOT the case even now, except in DiFi's wildeyed imagination.
Should someone with such a disconnect from reality be serving in a legislative body?
Thanks for the ping!
