Yes...indict him before the election...but do not convict until after Obama leaves office. That way, Obama cannot pardon him and the new President can remove him in chains.

34 today...I pray God another 4 or 5 per day keep climbing on board. Death of a thousand cuts.

Good idea, Jeff! However, I think Holder cannot legally be pardoned for actions taken on Obama’s behalf, even if Obama can separate himself enough to escape indictment himself. There has to be at least a pretext of neutrality for the pardon to be accepted.

It would be great to see a series of indictments thrown down any day, but it would create chaos to wait until the day after Obama has the Democrat nomination sealed up. We lose count of the actions that could be the source of indictments. And when will Congress start rejecting his ridiculously illegal executive orders? Congress has enough Republicans to overturn these banana republic e.o.’s!
