Herman Cain's campaign are revealing their own suspicions about who is behind the story regarding the former unidentified employees who accused Mr. Cain of sexual harassment in the late 1990's.
According to a Cain campaign source, not only is the Rick Perry campaign involved but also the Mayor of Chicago and former Obama White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel. The Cain campaign believes a National Restaurant Association (NRA) employee out of the Chicago office leaked the story to the Perry campaign via information and influence from Mayor Rahm Emanuel's office...

The way Cain and his campaign are handling this is not at all reassuring, and that’s a shame. Next to Perry and Bachmann, Cain is a guy I figured I could support if he wound up being the nominee.

Great summary. I'm in the same camp. Although, in addition to his lack of clarity on issues is a big concern to me as well.
This weird and unfounded accusation better have some proof behind it or this will not go well for Cain.
I’ve been thinking something along the lines of ‘that boy ain’t right’ for a couple of weeks now.
I believe the adults quit. the nutcases are on the job now.

Everybody was upset and sympathetic when these charges emerged.
As a non-Cain supporter, I was totally on his side. These seemed like charges dug out of the waste can... just baseless smears.
But it’s what’s happened next that looks so bad for Cain.
Mishandling, bungling, accusing others, incompetence.
This story should have been a done deal in 24 hours.
Mr. Cain and only Mr. Cain and his staff are to blame that it is still big news.
