I know a girl from Arkansas who had a boss tell her to “kiss it”. She went nuts and sued his ass in federal court. Poor guy almost lost his job. So yes, some women just don't know how to handle it.

We have spent the last 20 years trying to educate men. We should have been educating women. She should have just slapped his Johnson and got back to work.

I don't think we need to educate anyone.

If you are told, male or female, that you must "perform" or lose your job, that is a problem.

Anything short of that, shut up. People are free to quit jobs when the people they work with are crappy.

We are a nation of whiners who think we have a right to go through life unoffended. I'm not sure that is even a word, but if it isn't it needs to be. :)
