So what is keeping this guy from talking? I doubt he signed any confidentiality agreement, and he no longer works there. He may well have signed a confidentiality agreement. Many organizations, particularly those that are politically active (and any organization wiht a "pollster" on staff is certainly politically active), require employees to sign confidentiality agreements upon leaving the organization. Or, if he was at all involved in the matter/investigation/settlement discussions, he may be bound by the confidentiality provisions in the settlement.
