Whats with the high horse? I know someone who DID lose a teenager to drunken driving. The kid was involved in a two car accident, he died, but the driver of the other car was not seriously injured. When the parents told me the story, they specifically said they were grateful that the other passenger did not get hurt. That would have been even harder to live with.
So take that for what its worth.
