Can't post from Bloomberg per their request.
"Maybe there are other shoes to drop -- Cains story keeps shifting -- and the Republican bases curious infatuation with Cain, as with earlier infatuations this election cycle, will end. And maybe not. The Republican base appears no closer to ending its holdout against the Obama-lite candidacy of Mitt Romney. One popular conservative website, Free Republic, actually bans pro-Romney commenters, and even George Will is taking potshots at the candidate whose nomination many political pros believe is inevitable."
the socialist progressives and rino progressives are threatened by herman cain, a conservative.
“political pros believe is inevitable”
At least it isn’t unexpected.
Nice of Carlson to link directly to FR (even if it is a somewhat old link).
Maybe this will help FR donations as well. :-)
People just don’t like Romney. They do not trust him. He lost to John McCain of all people. Anytime an opposing alternative goes down, someone else rises. People are looking for a “not romney” candidate.
Hopefully more Conservatives will sign-up and contribute to the best conservative site on the world wide web!
She seems to suggest alternatives, but...Huntsman?!!
Tonight, he stood up to "Bloviating" O'Reilly when while trying to explain how he would handle Iran, Bill kept interupting him as he wont to do, but Cain would have none of it and kept at Bill with ("Work with me") until he mad his point.
Personally, I liked his answers: Energy Independence which would bring the price of oil down which would hurt Iran which is dependent oh high oil prices; and,
Put more Navy ships in the Gulf with anti-missile capabilities.
This "Freaked" BOR out and he considered this as "PROVOCATIVE" and Iran would more than likely attack
Cain would have none of it and this is what I loved: Cain said that if they did, we would "Defend ourselves" and (again spot on) the only thing Iran (or all other Moozie Jihadist) understand is Militar Might which we have all over them.
Great Interview and I don't care what anyone says about his lack of Foreign Policy knowledge, his answers show me that he is not completely clueless and will stand up to our enemies and won't take and sheet from them....which is what the United States...."Used to do!"
Romney has given us no reason to trust him, and many reasons to distrust him.
Didn’t know science had come so far as to train far sighted squirrels to write a column.
I for one recognize the need to keep infiltrating socialists out. I know many have expressed their displeasure with the decisions of late but they must know that this site has her rules set. Don’t become a member and try to change it to a conservative-liberal think-tank. It is Conservative. Thanks
If Romney's nomination is as "inevitable" as the GOP "insiders" claim, George Will would be on board, the fact that he's not means that the GOP leadership is in no way certain of Romney.
I believe that FR played a vital role in bringing down Rudy four years ago, we can damn sure do the same to Romney.
Amazing.
The savages are restless tonight Jim Rob, keep your powder dry.
political pros believe is inevitable i.e. the establishment, i.e. Anti-Tea Party.
