Rick Perry gave an odd speech in New Hampshire. Then again, it was oddly Rick Perry.
The video of his speech Friday to a conservative Christian group has gone viral not as viral as Mark Block pitching his boss Herman Cain while smoking a cigarette, but then, Perry doesnt smoke.
The Perry video, however, has spawned similar amounts of interest.
Perry begins the speech with a riff about how much he loves the motto of New Hampshire: This is such a cool state, I mean, cmon: Live Free or Die. You gotta love that, right?
Understand that this is a macho man who has lived his entire life under the Texas state motto: Friendship.
During the speech, he has a case of jazz hands. Theyre everywhere: over his heart, fists to his chest, waving by his shoulders, pointer finger up, folded prayerfully and thumbs up, gigging half the crowd.

Didn’t Cain tell everyone to get a sense of humor? Wish his supporters would take that advice.
Perry is not a drunk nor is he on meds. He’s a good ole boy who was having a good time speaking to a friendly crowd.
Yes, I watched the clip so whoever keeps posting it, don’t bother, we’ve all seen it.
I also watched the whole speech. It was good.
The Dallas Morning News has hated Perry for ten years (or more). It’s an extremely liberal rag, but I thought this piece on Perry’s speech was funny and fair.
A vote for Cain will be a vote for Romney, but Perry’s full speech was a hit with the audience and due to that fact, greatly resented by The Dallas Morning News and Gretchen Carlson of FOX, who have been signaled to stop Perry from posing any future threat to Romney. Romney supporters are thick on FR, showing up with regularity to bash Ronney’s nemesis, Rick Perry, under cover of being Cain supporters. Go play on Cain threads with your Romney bono fidis. We get it.

LOL...actually, I just changed my tagline tonight, as there are so few people now supporting Perry that he’s not a threat to Cain. Only Newt is left.
Perry’s Dukakis moment,,,times 10.
It’s not lazyness, it’s a lack of concern.
You will note that no Perry supporter, thankfully, has responded with an all-too-easy snide comment about Herman Cain.
Just as Perry has remained respectfully silent on Cain’s current problems, while Cain had no problem jumping all over a poorly-sourced hit job on Perry over a painted rock.
Most have ruled out alcohol because his speech wasn't slurred and he apparently recalled all his points of the speech.
I've seen the video x3. I worked/ran Mental health emergency receiving at a very large state hospital for many years, in addition to private practice and teaching.
IF, he was on anything it might be a stimulant rather than alcohol, a depressant.

Ah, that certainly explains your hanging out on Perry threads. No threat? LOL! Your thesis and your mouse seem to be in conflict. Your guy may be heading to the dumper before he gets to the 18 million mark that Rick carved out in a month, so don’t get too covered up in Romney/Cain gold dust. You’re just now hitting the edge of the rapids.

Oh, you haven’t figured it out yet. I’ve had to live a DECADE under this POTENTATE here in Texas, I want to see him finished off politically, once and for all...and I enjoy being part of it.
In ten years of governing the near nation-state of Texas Rick Perry has had to apologize for two big bloopers, in public and loud & clear. Not bad. On the other hand Rick kept the democrat party decimated, in a state with ALL of the elements and composition to be another California, but is NOT. THAT FACT CAUSES ENEMIES, and Rick has ‘em. Using the power of the governor to make thoroughly conservative appointments for Texas, Rick used ability to take touchy issues to make lemonade from lemons in boosting the Texas economy. Trump himself suggests that when someone is productive they get sniped at by critics (who often have not been productive). Rick deserves credit the enemy does not want him to have but he owns his record and it is a fine one. If America does not want such a record then plant some executive and another debate champion in the White House and squander recovery. Delay recovery. Get it done. You can do it.
