As for your inane sex differentiation argument, I can only say that it makes no difference what the sex, race or ethnicity of the humanoid animal - all are essentially beyond societal tolerance and must be killed as soon as they ID themselves by acting out such intolerable behavior.
My post did not say anything about boys versus girls. A person twelve years old may not understand all the nuances and finesse of right versus wrong, but I 100% guarantee you they were fully aware that what they were doing was a danger, and if you read the report, you will find that even after finding out the woman was hit and rendered comatose, they were giggling about it.
At that point, to coin a Roman turn of phrase, they are revealed as wolves, and should be treated as wolves are.
