I am getting to where this hyperbole from Ed is wearing thin.
Why does Herman Cain "have to win Iowa in order to win the Republican nomiantion"? Says who? How does history even begin to support this preposterous conclusion?

A media storm has broken out over allegations made by the inside-the-Beltway publication Politico that two women in the employ of the National Restaurant Association were made to feel angry or uncomfortable by sexually suggestive remarks or gestures made by Herman Cain when he headed that association a dozen years ago.
I have no idea whether Herman Cain ever made two of his employees feel uncomfortable, nor do any of the rest of us. I also can’t predict whether voters will conclude that such insensitive behavior, if substantiated, renders Cain unfit to be president, particularly given the comportment of other celebrated Oval Office occupants. But I do know what it is like terminating employees in the over-regulated and hyper-litigious environment created by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the tort bar that works so diligently to expand the scope of employment law. I am also very familiar with the steps companies often take to avoid the expense of fighting false accusations.

Politico was founded in 2007 in advance of the Obama election by former Washington Post political reporters Jim VandeHei and John F. Harris.
At the time, they positioned Politico as "non-partisan," but I think most people knew that they were just laying down a deep cover for future reporting.

I took his “didn’t happen” comment as sexual harassment didn’t happen and it didn’t.
He hasn’t completely caught on yet to how the media is going to “report” on what he says.
What have been the Sexual Harassment charges filed against the officers and ordinary employees of Politico?
I haven't seen their "comments" but 'sanctimonious' is exactly what I would expect from these pinheads.
I can agree with you there or, as a compromise, severely reduce their delegate count.
For the sake of compromise, can we agree than Iowa and New Hampshire are both pissant states with vastly inflated senses of self-importance?
The weird part of it is that apparently, there was something that happened that wasn’t overtly sexual in nature, wasn’t physical contact and just made the woman “uncomfortable” and she filed a harassment assignment right after her performance review came in as sub-standard.
But, this is such substantial that my cousin heard from his third grade teacher’s friend who heard from his brother that his sister’s best friend’s niece told her that she filed a harassment suit against Herman Cain and it turned out fine for her because instead of taking it to court, where she might have won 6 or 7 figures from a sympathetic jury when she turned on the water works, she got 35k to go away and keep her mouth shut.
Amazing what they want to call “news” these days.
