So two FIRED employees are accusing a former boss of sexual harassment. These two fired employees concede that the behavior was not "overtly sexual" but something that made them feel "uncomfortable" without describing how it was uncomfortable or "improper" in a "professional relationship."

This is a major story? It would be laughed out of court.

You’ve nailed it here. What determines sexual harassment? A women can make a claim of being made to feel uncomfortable by almost anything a man says to her which can be misconstrued to be of a personal nature in even the smallest of ways.

I worked with a guy who was hailed on the carpet for telling a women he worked with she looked really good in the dress she was wearing. The women claimed the guy was “coming on to her” Well you know what? Maybe he was and what the hell is wrong with that anyway? How can a guy know if ANY women will be offended by anything said to them until it is said?

We’re not talking about groping or exposing ones self here are we? This is the most obvious politically motivated attack I have witnessed in years and an eevn more blatant show of hypocrisy and bias.

The women complained of sexually suggestive behavior by Cain that made them angry and uncomfortable. ■Incidents included conversations allegedly filled with innuendo or personal questions of a sexually suggestive nature and “physical gestures that were not overtly sexual but that made women who experienced or witnessed them uncomfortable and that they regarded as improper in a professional relationship.” ■The two women signed agreements with the restaurant group that gave them financial payouts to leave the association. Both women received separation packages that were in the five-figure range.

I'm female, and I don't take actual sexual harassment lightly. However, I am very aware that some people live to take offense, and can be insulted by "Good Morning!" if one is not careful. I am also very aware that some people also are actively looking for an opportunity to cause a problem or to get a payoff.

In fact, I've actually witnessed it. I won't go into the details here, in case the situation could be recognized, but I have seen women take perfectly innocent statements and questions and actions and twist them around. I know that is what happened because I was there seeing the whole thing and was personally called on, on behalf of the male who was being accused.

It was happening regularly, in a situation which was part of my job duties. I ended it by letting it be known that further accusations were going to be considered, by me, as a defamation of my character (the implication was that I stood by and let a man do and say totally inappropriate things). The folks helping the women making accusations (a union, I was management) understood very well that I meant I was about to lawyer up, and the accusations stopped right there.

It takes more than innuendo to convince me.
