If it were enacted, off to New York the South Dakotan tourist could go, 9-millimeter Glock in tow. Given the necessity to go about unarmed, I would rather be unarmed in North Dakota than New York.

I’ve never felt the need to carry a gun in my rural neck of the woods. That’s different in the urban jungle.

Given the necessity to go about unarmed, I would rather be unarmed in North Dakota than New York. Virtually nobody is unarmed in North Dakota - and the crime rate is zilch.
