I could see Russia retaking some of Soviet block countries, but it is quite unlikely any other European people would agree to go to war. Especially with no money.
The big question is: would be Putin be content with annexing a few Satellites, or would they try for something more?
I doubt that Russia would be able to take Poland. Too big, too prosperous, and they haven’t forgotten about the last time that happened.
