Now then, I don’t see any way it happens for Bachmann, the women of America DO NOT want to see a woman in the white house and they are the majority of voters. Women have the final say for that reason, if they wanted a woman Hillary would be running for reelection. I have said this many times and I am still waiting for a woman to tell me I am wrong, so far it has not happened. I thought for a week or so that Perry had it, hence the disclaimer above. I don’t see Perry reviving now. I don’t see any new candidate emerging. It would seem to be between Romney and Cain at this point unless Newt can pull off an incredible upset. Romney is weak in the South, where a GOP candidate MUST be strong. Going on the theory that what happens in politics is usually the thing that was least expected early on I think it is quite possible that the FReepers who said that Obama had closed the door for any black man were 180 degrees out. He may just have opened the door for a REAL black man.

As a woman, I have to take it as an insult we would vote blindly on gender and looks instead of character and political leanings. That said, I could not support Bachmann because she wears too much eye makeup.
