Well, first I don’t support 999 because I don’t want a consumption tax. But I do give Cain credit for putting the idea out there and talking about serious issues like large scale tax reform.

I am all for ending the earned income tax credits. It is nothing but transfer payments and I completely oppose them.

If you don't think $3-6000.00 taken away per rat per annum in 'earned' income tax credits won't bring the rats out to protect zero.....
