I prefer a consumption tax and I liked Cain's 9-9-9 plan except for the elimination of the payroll deduction that Schiff pointed out last week.

The problem with 9-9-9 is that the politicians are not going to keep those numbers at 9 for long. Herman is adding a new tax, and inevitably, they will all increase.
