My Dad and I used to eat Reeses. He’d swear me to secrecy cause he was a diabetic. And he never knew who kept putting Sara Lee cake in his freezer and eating it. It was a mystery to him. :-)
Yes, chocolate is good for us! It fights off depression, too. Many times when people are depressed, they will naturally turn to chocolate. It’s a comfort food. A daily “dose” of chocolate is actually good for us.
