This was an executive action, not an executive order. I made the same mistake. One bypasses Congress (executive order), the other does not involve any appropriation of funds (executive action). Well, maybe it won’t involve additional funding immediately, but this executive action will most definitely result in an expanded Federal Government, since more fed employees will need to be hired to regulate, monitor and oversee all the day-to-day operations of BusinessUSA. This “new” agency is redundant and it is an effort to control more of the private sector.
Heritage,CAGW,NTU or some other think tank should add up the cost of all these EOs to implement.
not to worry- another Exective Order will declare it all these as deficit neutral.
Wikipedia has a chart listing the number of EOs by each President and summarizing the major ones. FDR holds the record, having issued about 3,500. According to that same chart, Obama has issued only 73 so far.
Some articles say action and others say order. Msm wont be honest about it. The website is already up and running so how did it get paid for?
