It’s really hard to fathom the level of ignorance in the USA. I don’t get it. These people don’t seem like the homeless, or mentally ill, but they have been truly brainwashed in some manner or another... and I don’t know how.
I don’t consider myself particularly well read or smart, but common sense would dictate you at least do a little research on Che and communism before supporting it. It’s like these morons never went to school and were raised by Manson-family types.

“It’s like these morons never went to school ...” Um, actually, school is precisely why these street scum are stuck on stupid and easily herded to do the dirty work Soros &son need in order to amass more wealth through the fall of nations. It is no accident that Billy the bomber Ayers spent the mosdt of his sleazy life as a professor training teachers to massage the mushy minds of school kids.

I agree. It’s embarrassing to admit but when I was a teenager I saw Che’s face and thought he must have been a rock star in the 60’s who died of a drug overdose.

About five years ago, I was a driver for a shuttle company in Seattle. One day, I picked up this woman (I think it was in the Fremont area) who was flying back to Washington D.C. She was wearing a vest that was covered in buttons. Since I used to like to collect them, I took a quick look at so9me of them. I noticed that the vast majority of them were anti-American, anti-capitalist slogans and sayings. She was quite friendly and affable, and we struck up a conversation on the way to the airport. As a challenge, I tried to steer the conversation to emphasize what was right about our country, but to no avail. Even though she was friendly about it, everything she said was a criticism of the United States, and especially its President (W at the time).

Finally, we were almost at the airport. In a last ditch effort, I asked her “Based on everything you know, and the freedoms you now enjoy, if there was anywhere in the world you could live, where would that be?”. Without a second’s hesitation, she said “Cuba”.

I just about went off the road. “Cuba??”

With great enthusiasm, she said “Yes, Cuba. There’s free healthcare, free education. Sure, you can’t vote for who the President is, but otherwise...it’s a paradise!” By this time we’d arrived at the airport. I took her fare, wished her a good day (she smiled and did the same), and got back in the van.

Did I mention there was another guest on board. A Hispanic gentleman who hadn’t said a thing all through the trip. I looked in the rear view mirror and caught his eye. He rolled his eyes and shook his head. I knew exactly what he was thinking. I think I got a generous ti[p from him.

People like these could exist only in a society as tolerant as and wealthy as ours.

This kind of stupidity would be lethal in the environments they are espusing.

They are in effect an unfortunate side-effect of our peace and prosperity.

There's a reason Marx promoted a system of free government education.
