I can't buy a (real) AR15 or a (real) AK47 here in the People's Republic of New Jersey, and I'm clean as a whistle. So how does one purchase firearms like that if one is a Neo-Nazi with a criminal record?
if he only has misdemeanor convictions, then he’s good to go. so he could buy from any gun store or from a private individual. if this guy was a convicted felon I’d imagine the cops would be down on him like a ton of bricks.
