The results of a formal law-enforcement investigation into whether Barack Obama is eligible to be president of the United States could come as a "shock," according to Maricopa County, Ariz., Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
Tuesday night, speaking to a tea-party group in Arizona, Arpaio said, "I can't tell you everything, but there could be a shock there somewhere that my guys came up with. I can't talk too much about it. It's in the process."
WND previously has reported that Arpaio has constituted a special five-member law enforcement posse to investigate allegations brought by members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party that the birth certificate released to the public April 27 might be a forgery....

Sheriff Joe. Sigh. My heart is all a flutter :). He is way too old for me (in fact could easily be called Dad), but he is a man in every sense of the word. IMHO.

I would only be shocked if he came out and caved like Rick Perry.
Does not change the fact that Obama has yet to prove he is a US Citizen (I believe he is) but for some strange reason he has yet to show us proof. That's suspicious, IMHO

You can call Trump a lot of things but dumb is not one of them. You can say the same about Perry. I have never been a "birther" mainly because I want 0bama thrown out of office because the American People reject everything he and his party stands for, not because he wasn't born here. I don't want his boot in the butt being left open for the Left to be able to say, "our ideas were right, we just had the wrong person trying to put them in place". But having said that, I am really starting to think that Trump has the goods on him and he is about to drop a bomb on us.
Some on here think Trump was an Obama operative to make birthers look stupid or something like that. But the only reason why Obama put out his birth certificate when he did was because he knew they were about to kill UBL and didn't want anyone saying he announced the UBL death to distract from the Trump accusations about his eligibility.
As always, it's the cover up that gets them. I suspect that he was probably born in Hawaii but his mother was too you to give him citizenship. If that is the case then he could have said, "hey, we didn't know, it's kind of murky and since I was born here I've always believed I was an American". But putting out a fake means he did know and lied to hide it.
On April 15, Arizona Gov. Janet Brewer vetoed a bill passed by the state legislature that would have required candidates for the presidency to prove to the Arizona secretary of state their eligibility to be president under Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution to have their names placed on the ballot.Anyone know why the Governor vetoed this? Sounds like a good way to force this to a head.

I do too. But we gotta admit, that such a "want" is putting politics above the US Constitution.

Exagerated Example: If Obama suddenly becomes pro-life we cannot go pro-abortion just to have a reason to dispute the man.
