I wrote an e-mail to Arianna way back when e-mail was new and she had not yet flipped from conservative to liberal...she was on the edge.

I asked her why she was ragging on the Repubs so much.

She replied that Newt Gingrich was a serial womanizer and the GOP was too hypocritical.

Personally, I think many of her problems stem from being spurned by her gay husband.
