Don’t we already have laws against false advertising in the Uniform Commercial Code? We have all the laws we'll ever need. All the "lawmaking" done these days consists mainly of naming an existing law after someone or making an existing law ridiculously specific to some group which may or may not be funneling cash to the "lawmaker."
