How many years did he scream at the top of his lungs that Saddam had WMDs?
Then, like a switch had been thrown, he says there aren’t any WMDs. Did he get paid off, did he get threatened? Or, most likely, he liked being in the spotlight.
He got paid alright!
He got paid by Saddam Hussein to make a movie declaring that their were no WMDs in Iraq, and that the Hussein regime were nothing more than peace loving doves!
I think the Hussein regime ratted on him when the film convinced no one of Saddam’s lack of treachery.
He turned out to be right, Saddam didn't have WMDs. The thing that is weird is this is the second time Ritter got caught doing this.
Most likely explanation is that someone got the goods on him—demrats are especially good at that. I also think he enjoyed his 15 minutes of fame.
I wonder if anyone went to bat for him to be separated from the general prison population. The Onada regime might do it, but this would be a bad time for Onada to be seen pandering to a pedofile. Moreover, it could appear he was in the demrats back pocket.
