California voters want their State to fail. The liberal hard left nitwits are killing their very huge paychecks when the States fails. Talk about dumb.
Don't bet on it. They'll end up like Greece and the European Union - too big to fail. I expect that when California gets close to default, there will be all sort of histrionics and very complicated financial plans that will translate into the rest of us paying for every hair brained, leftist waste of skin that is California.
