Yep, they invested in their future, and that investment has yet to pay off. Happens sometimes. I guess they had the expectation that within a year or two of graduation, they’d be living the ‘high life’. They’ll just have to deal with it, like all others who took out loans that need to be paid back, for whatever reason.
