Soooooo weak. Keep going though, I implore you. Primary voters tend to be excitable but also pragmatic. A good speech can fire them up but in the long run it comes down to nuts and bolts.

You can say all you want to insult Rick Perry but when people meet him they will not come away with your opinion of him.
