In boys and young men ages 9 to 26, GARDASIL helps protect against 90% of genital warts cases.
So, we should vaccinate males because it helps protect against warts?
about the same as Cervical Cancer.
The boys carry the HPV virus and give it to the girls, the boys just don’t have the symptoms, since they don’t have a cervix.
It is just as prevalent as in the females. Also, just because little boys don't have a cervix doesn't mean they're protected from cancer. While cervical cancer is the most well-known, it also causes bladder, throat, and other cancers. Oncogenic papillomaviruses can grow in ANY mucous tissue.
